Set on the beachfront of The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa, The Steakhouse Bar and Grill was opened in 1974 by the Regent Hotel. Throughout its 34 years of operation, the restaurant has catered to thousands of diners from all over the world many of whom have returned time and time again-not just for the food, but for the warm and friendly associates who have served them over the years.

The primary concern of our American-influenced menu is to impress the discerning Steak Lover, yet we are delighted to offer a variety of other delectable options including seafood, chicken, pork, pastas and vegetarian dishes.

We feature American-style steaks for dinner and a lighter menu for lunch. Sauces and side dishes are offered separately for diners to choose and match with the steak. Side dishes include baked potatoes in their jackets, baked pumpkin, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and more. Sauces include red wine jus with onion, mushroom ragout, BBQ sauce, and lemon cream sauce with pesto.

All steaks are prepared from high quality certified grain fed beef from Australia and New Zealand, and are properly aged in order to deliver the utmost level of tenderness, moistness and flavor.

Appetizers consist of salads, steamy hot brown onion soup served with cheese-baked lavosh lid, crispy battered chicken strips roasted with shredded coconut, chilled spinach linguini tossed with smoked salmon, classic margarita prawn cocktail served with tequila lime sorbet and juicy New Zealand mussels.

The Steakhouse Bar & Grill's Multi Award Winning Wine List consists of over 230 wines and champagnes- including most of the best wines in the world.
