Our equipped WestinWORKOUT^® rooms allow you to work out in the privacy of your room using a variety of advanced cardio and strength equipment, and a custom-designed workout regimen for travellers.

Each WestinWORKOUT^® room features an indoor cycle or treadmill and a custom-designed fitness shelf that holds dumbbells, resistance tubing, a stability ball, yoga mat and additional workout equipment.
