In August 2007 The Westin Sydney launched an innovative spa experience in the most convenient of locations - your room.

Aimed at restoring harmony to the mind and body of guests and developed exclusively by Westin Hotels & Resorts, the In-Room Spa by Westin provides the chance to retreat and be pampered in privacy, without leaving the comfort of your room.

Personal spa therapists will come to you and offer signature in-room treatments and renewing packages, custom-designed to revive, relax or renew.

Prior to your treatment, your room is transformed into a serene sanctuary with our signature Westin In-Room spa music. After your treatment, relax in your robe and enjoy the complimentary items from a spa basket which includes a refreshing bottle of water to assist in flushing toxins from your body and organic dark chocolate, rich in antioxidants - often considered healthy in small quantities!

To ensure you receive the most out of your personalised Westin spa experience, your therapist will arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to discuss your individual treatment needs and offer tips for further relaxation.

In-Room Spa services at The Westin Sydney are available daily from 7am-11pm. Packages are available in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions, starting from $145 per hour.

A timeless classic. This traditional Swedish based massage uses a combination of soothing movements and techniques varying from gliding to kneading to ensure you will relax, revitalise and balance your mind and body. Ideal if you are run down, tense or in need of a peaceful nights sleep.

Restore
This remedial deep tissue massage is beneficial for the physically active individual targeting weaknesses and muscular pain through relaxation movements, Swedish massage and other techniques. This firm massage will alleviate tightness and strain from the rigours of life.

Synergy massage
Experience renewal and rekindle with your best friend or loved one at your side. Be pampered in synergy with our Relax, Restore or signature massage Renew, the choice is yours. Subject to room type.

Our signature treatment offers a unique blend of deep tissue massage and Swedish massage ensuring any tension drifts away and to restore the body's perfect energy flow.
